[GENERAL]

1. What happens if I order both in-stock and pre-order items at the same time?

     If you order both in-stock and pre-order items at the same time, then I will hold your order until I receive the pre-order items and ship them all at once. If you do not wish to wait for pre-order items, I recommend placing separate orders.

2. How long do pre-order items take to ship?

     Pre-order item shipping times may vary greatly due different circumstances. I will leave estimates on the product listings themselves, and also give updates on my instagram broadcast channel.

3. What happens if a pre-order does not get funded/cancelled?

     If I need to cancel a pre-order, then you will be contacted and refunded in full.

4. Can I order prints and non-flat items (acrylic charms, buttons, etc.) together?

   
 Yes! I will be packaging flat and non-flat items in boxes so it reduces the risk of prints getting bent in shipping! 


5. There is an issue/mistake with my order, what should I do?

     Please contact me as soon as possible at my email: [email protected].

6. Can I refund my order?

     All sales are final; however, if there is an extreme circumstance, please contact me.

7. I need to change an address, name, phone number, etc. on an order. Can I change them?

     Yes! If you need to update any information regarding your order, you can email me to do so as long as your order has not shipped yet. Once your order has shipped, I will not be able to change anything.

[Shipping]

1. Where do you ship to?

     I ship worldwide with the exception of the EU/UK (due to recent VAT policy changes) and USPS restricted countries. Please check whether your country is accepting parcels from the United States before placing an order.

     As of January 2022, any order placed on big cartel from the EU/UK will be cancelled and fully refunded. I cannot make exceptions/risk breaking laws. Sorry for the inconvenience!

2. When will my order ship?

    Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to ship.

    I may take longer if I am prepping/away for events, so be sure to check for any notices on my instagram!

    Pre-order items will take longer to ship, so please refer to the estimated shipping dates on the product listing.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

     Here are the estimated shipping times after orders are dropped off at the post office:
          US Domestic: 3-7 days
          International: 4-8 weeks
     Shipping times may vary due to various circumstances

4. Can I combine shipping on different orders?

     Yes! Please send me an email with the information below, so I can issue a refund for the difference.

              1) Name on the order
              2) Order Numbers

      As long as both orders have not shipped yet, I can combine them.


5. WIll I get a tracking number?

     
Yes, all shipping options include tracking by default. I do not offer non-tracked shipping in case something happens to your order during transit.


6. Do I need to pay customs?

     If your country requires you to pay customs upon arrival, then YOU are responsible for paying them. I am not responsible for paying customs.

7. Can I hold my order?

     If you would like for me to hold your order, please write "Hold My Order" and an estimated date in the notes section when you place your order. If you are unsure, I recommend not placing an order until your country is accepting US parcels.
